So this concept is well-known, using liquid nitrogen to make instant ice-creams. This one in Panch Pakhadi, Thane, serves ice-creams either as nitro scoops or rolled(cremlettes).
There's a good menu with different flavors. I tried Oreo Cremlette. They make those rolls in front of you. Toppings added by choice.
Taste: Consistency was on point. The Oreo powdered and added while making as well as topping along with chocolate sauce enhances the taste. Overall, it was refreshing, so go and try once.
Flavours to look for: Guava chilly, Bubblegum , Hong Kong coffee.
