Scrumptious Misal Pav

One of the most popular dish of Maharashtra...Misal Pav!!!


The Misal has spicy gravy made up of sprouts and this is topped with Misal Mix "farsan" or "sev" along with onions, lemons and coriander.
It is usually served with Pav (bread).






Tried this at Gokhale Uphar gruh ,Thane(W)....
It was right mix of crispy and soggy farsan.   Very fresh,flavourful and yummy.   It was indeed a complete meal in itself.   Also the lemon squeeze added to further of the Misal magic.   It leaves its taste in your mouth for a considerably long time after having it.
