Tried a Four Cheese and Barbeque Paneer Pizza at Grandmama's All Day Cafe ; Dadar (East).

Speaking of Grandmama's Cafe- Perfect ambience which doesn't fail to give you a 19th century feeling with all those antique artifacts coupled with awesome mouthwatering food.

Speaking of Four Cheese Pizza -

It was the perfect combination of Yellow Cheddar , Mozzarella , Creamy Feta & American Cheese.

The Cheddar cheese imparts its peculiar flavour ( somewhat like hazelnut ) and gets melted as soon as we gulp it.

The salty flavour of Feta paired well with others.

The melted American Cheese just added to the beauty of the pizza making it more tempting to eat!

Speaking of Barbeque Paneer Pizza-

It just had the right combination of perfectly marinated Paneer , crisp onions and Bell Peppers to make it look colourful and attractive!

Scrumptious Misal Pav

One of the most popular dish of Maharashtra...Misal Pav!!!

The Misal has spicy gravy made up of sprouts and this is topped with Misal Mix "farsan" or "sev" along with onions, lemons and coriander.

It is usually served with Pav (bread).

Tried this at Gokhale Uphar gruh ,Thane(W)....
It was right mix of crispy and soggy farsan.   Very fresh,flavourful and yummy.   It was indeed a complete meal in itself.   Also the lemon squeeze added to further of the Misal magic.   It leaves its taste in your mouth for a considerably long time after having it.

So this concept is well-known, using liquid nitrogen to make instant ice-creams. This one in Panch Pakhadi, Thane, serves ice-creams either as nitro scoops or rolled(cremlettes).

There's a good menu with different flavors. I tried Oreo Cremlette. They make those rolls in front of you. Toppings added by choice.

Taste: Consistency was on point. The Oreo powdered and added while making as well as topping along with chocolate sauce enhances the taste. Overall, it was refreshing, so go and try once.

Flavours to look for: Guava chilly, Bubblegum , Hong Kong coffee.
